Nattraja Vidhyalya provides middle classes from Grade 6 to 8 that are designed to build upon the foundation laid in the primary classes and prepare students for secondary education. The middle school curriculum is designed to provide a challenging and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a love for learning.
Nattraja Vidhyalya provides Foundation Course for NEET, JEE, CUET, KVPY and other competitive exams as integrated curriculum. This course is designed to help students prepare for these exams by providing them a strong foundation in the necessary concepts and skills.

In addition to the comprehensive curriculum that includes a range of academic subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry,Biology, Social Studies, English, Tamil, and Hindi. Nattraja Vidhyalya provides opportunities for students to learn foreign languages such as French, Spanish and German. The school recognizes the importance of learning foreign languages in today’s globalized world and has partnered with Duolingo to provide students a platform to learn these languages.
Duolingo is an online language-learning platform that offers interactive courses in a variety of languages. The platform is designed to make learning fun and engaging, with a range of interactive activities such as games, quizzes and challenges that help students learn and retain new words and phrases.

In addition to academic subjects, the school provides opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, dance, drama and other cultural activities.
